7 Kinds of Foods to Lose Weight

Our bodies always need our support to provide it with different kinds of vegetables and fruits that full of great vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants but we must know which kinds are more suitable to help us to Lose Weight and help our bodies to follow the right Diet Plan so in this article we will provide you with 7 kinds of  foods helping you to Lose Weight…the basic rule says that you can eat foods but not too much.

Eating one sweet potato (medium size) will provide your body with the daily requirement of vitamin A and it will provide you with fiber…one sweet potato contains 150 calories (white potato has 300 calories).


4- Salmon:-
It's an important source of Omega 3 that minimize the risk of heart disease…4-ounce serving of salmon contain 160 calories and you can make a Low-cal-meal by adding broccoli and a sweet potato (cooked with steam).


5- Raspberries:-
An important source of vitamins and fiber…one cup serving of Raspberries has 60 calories and you can make a delicious dessert by adding Raspberries to plain yogurt.

6- Greek Yogurt:-
Cup of it contains 150 calories and you can eat it as a snack that will provide you by protein.

7- Quinoa:-
It contains protein and fiber…quarter cup serving contains 6g of protein and 3g of fiber and this make you feel satiated for hours…you can make a complete meal by cooking it with vegetables, herbs and little amount of olive oil.
