Healthy Diet Foods for Blood Types {O-A-B-AB}



All of us know the types of blood groups {O-A-B-AB}. In this article we will talk about the kinds of  foods you should eat and the others you should avoid according to your blood type also we will talk about the suitable Diet  foods and Diet Plans for the different blood groups so let's start…

1- Blood Type (O):-

People with type (O) are meat eater because their bodies always need animal protein in addition to fruits and vegetables. Also they should minimize carbohydrates level as people with type O can't digest it completely so, they can follow the Low carbs Diet Plan.


* Foods that make you gain more weight:- wheat gluten – lentils – corn – cauliflower –  white flour – kidney beans – sugar.

* Foods that help you to lose weight:- sea foods like (cod – halibut – mackerel – salmon – snapper – sardines – white fish….) – Red meat like ( buffalo – lamb – beef – liver….) – Vegetables like (spinach – kale – broccoli….).

2- Blood Type (A):-

People with this blood type can't digest animal protein very well so they should avoid consuming animal protein and they should eat vegetables, legumes, whole grain and fruits.

* Foods that make you gain more weight:- meat – kidney beans – wheat – dairy foods – sugar.

* Foods that help you to lose weight:- soy foods – vegetables – vegetable oils – pineapple.


3- Blood Type (B):-

People with this blood type have a good digestive system that can digest most foods well and there are some exceptions.

* Foods that you should avoid as it will make you gain weight:- lentils – corn – peanuts – buckwheat – sesame seeds – wheat products.

* Foods that help you to lose weight:- red meat – turkey – low fat dairy foods – cod – salmon – soy foods – oatmeal – rice bran.

4- Blood Type (AB):-

Very rare blood type as less than 5% of people has the type AB.

* Foods that make you gain weight:- kidney beans – seeds – red meat – corn – wheat – buckwheat.

Foods that help you to lose weight:- sea food – green vegetables – tofu – dairy – pineapple.
