will hear many voices that will advice you eating more but, in the first six
months you won't need extra calories and only in the last months you can add
extra 200 calories daily to your Diet.

What kinds of foods should you avoid to eat??
* Un-pasteurized
milk, under cooked meat, under cooked poultry, raw seafood, canned fish that
preserved in salt solution, alcoholic drinks which cause many problem like
physical defects.

What about taking supplements??
It's
a good idea to take minerals and vitamins during pregnancy such as folic acid
and vitamin B but you should take these supplements under your doctor
supervision.

What about going on a Diet during pregnancy months??
Some
kinds of Diets can leave your body low on folic acid, iron, vitamins…etc so we
can say that Dieting may cause harm to your baby and you should know that
gaining more weight is one of the positive signs about the healthy pregnancy
because you may gain weight about 8:15 kgs, so don't worry.

How many meals that should you take in pregnancy months??
You
can eat 6 small meals instead of 3 big meals to keep your energy.
