All
of us know that people who follow Vegan Diet can not eat animal products, also
don't eat dairy products and eggs but we can consider Vegan Diet as one of the
healthier types of Diets that meet your body function requirements by consuming
kinds of foods and with counting the necessary number of calories that your
body needs.
It's
very important to make a balance by eating the foods that contain protein,
vitamins, iron and the other nutrients supplements to take the necessary needs
because Vegans eat only Plant based products.
* Iron:- we know that red meat is
the main source to provide your body with iron…so we advice people who follow
Vegetarian Diet to take double amount of iron more than the non Vegetarians…you
can eat dried beans, whole grain, lentils and green vegetables that full of
iron, also you should take Vitamin C in order to make sure that your body
absorbed the iron.
* Protein:- your body needs to
take protein around 45:70 grams daily...there are variety kinds of plant foods
that contain protein such as nuts, grain, seeds and soy products that
considered as a good source of
protein that is similar to animal products
protein.
* Omega 3:- has very important acids to your body…omega-3 acids are found in fish
and as we know that our bodies can't absorb the sources of omega-3 that come
from plant based foods, but you can take this important acids from soy
products, flax seeds and walnuts. As well we advise Vegans to take the
necessary nutritional supplements.
* Calcium:- vegetarians bodies can absorb the calcium more than non vegetarians…
you can found calcium sources in broccoli, fortified products, kale and green
vegetables…you should take also vitamin D during your Diet Plan to make your
body absorb the calcium effectively.
