be dangerous to you body and your life.

4- The very low carb Diet:- it's a very popular kinds of Diets for a lot of people because you will Lose Weight in the short term but it's not the right solution to lose pounds in the long term, because your body function needs this healthy carbs and this will make you very weak and have no energy to move normally.

5- The Diet sleep:- this kin of Diet depends on increasing the period of sleeping in order to reduce your appetite…this Diet is very dangerous as you will harm your body and will burn very low amount of calories, so we advice you to exercise more to burn more calories and this is the success key to lose weight.
