Healthy Snacks under 75 calories

Here we make a list of healthy snacks under 75 calories that you can eat between your main 3 meals breakfast, lunch and dinner….Let's start

1- Garlic Parmesan Popcorn:- make your own version of popcorn by adding Parmesan cheese, garlic and some cayenne pepper to get an extra different flavor. As we know whole grains help you to reduce the risk of many diseases like heart disease and some types of cancer.
                                                                                                                    
2- Fresh Chili and Pineapple salsa:- very simple snack if you love spicy and sweet snacks because pineapples full of vitamin C…very good to your Diet.



3- Mint Melon Pops:- very refreshing specially on the hot days because melon contains high level of water, vitamin C and many acids.

4- Spinach and pear salad:- this salad with mustard vinaigrette…salad considered as low calories snack that you can take between meals and this salad includes spicy pears with Parmesan cheese.

5- Honey Popcorn Balls:- this kind of snacks have many flavors crunchy, salty and sweet. Lovely popcorn is very simple and delicious.


6- Triple Berry Popsicle:- we know that berries are full of antioxidants that prevent cancer. These berry Popsicle are very delicious to all of us…yummy.

7- Edamame Dip:- it's like hummus but contains fewer fat and calories because it has 61 calories only so you can eat it as a mid-day munchies.
