vegetable soup or eating salad before taking the large meals because it will
fill you up before eating your main dish.
** All of us know the importance of eating
vegetables and fruits so please start to eat them daily as a habit as fruits
and vegetables have less fattening stuff.
** One of the most important tips is to eat your
meals slowly because you will enjoy eating, will consume less and the digestive
system in your body will be more efficiently.
** The main component to lose weight is exercise,
so you should at least to walk half an hour per day and remember that when you
have a friend or a partner, Fitness will be more fun and easy.
