Kinds of healthy foods make you fat

A lot of people may think that the following kinds of foods are completely healthy but these foods could ruin your Diet, so let's go to know these kinds.

1- Avocado:- is very important for your heart, skin and the nervous system in your body as avocado is full of monounsaturated fats and full of folic acid in addition to vitamins B6, E and a lot of minerals, but you should know that an average avocado contains 28 grams of fat and provide you with 275 calories. So take care to account for it in the calories you take daily.
                                                                                                                       
2- Hummus:- it's a good source of important and healthy fats. Also hummus provides your body with different minerals like zinc and iron.
You can eat it with salad but take care because hummus contains 300 calories and 27 grams of fats per 100 g and this may cause negative effects to your Diet Plan.

3- Olive Oil:- contains high level of monounsaturated fats that will helps your body to keep the cholesterol level.
You can use olive oil instead of your normal oil as it will be more suitable to your diet…1 tablespoon of olive oil contains 123 calories and you shouldn't exceed 3 tablespoons per day.

4- Mackerel:- one of the top important source of Omega 3 and it helps to decrease the risk of heart attack and depression.
Don't eat more than 2 servings of oily fish per week…eating a portion of grilled mackerel contains 335 calories and 25 grams of fats, on the other hands eating a large portion of grilled chicken will give you 207 calories and 301 grams of fats, so take care to keep your weight loss system.



5- Muesli:- it contains fiber, zinc and magnesium. As well as it has low sodium.
If you take a medium bowl with semi skimmed milk, you will have 226 calories and 4.7 grams of fats compared with 154 of calories and 1.8 grams of fats in corn flakes…so we advice not to eat more than 50g of unsweetened type.

6- Peanut Butter:- it provides you by protein and monounsaturated kind of fats…having big amounts of peanut butter will make you fat, but you can take 30 grams of it. Also eating a handful of nuts per day will be healthier.

7- Dried Fruit:- will provides you by fiber, but it has tons of sugar that added to it to keep it preserved for long time.
The amount of calories in the dried fruit is higher 3 times than the fresh fruit…so we always say that fresh fruit is always the best.
